I am not surprised, and Borders too is at risk.I've never been a fan of B&N, as their prices were much higher than Amazon, even IF I were to pay $25.00 for their rewards card. I don't think I've bought a thing from them in more than 3 years.
Ditto. And unlike Amazon, a company that makes it very easy for self-pub authors to sell through their Advantage program, I've always found B&N to be difficult. You have to send them copies and hope they approve your book(s). Chances are you'll never hear back from them. Poo on them!
